One of the largest lakes in the Masurian Lake District, covering an area of about 26.5 km² with a maximum depth of approximately 39 meters.

Lake RyƄskie is a popular tourist destination, especially during the summer season, offering opportunities for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and fishing. The shores of the lake are lined with numerous holiday resorts, campsites, beaches, as well as restaurants and souvenir shops.

The lake is also known for the historic castle in Ryn, located on an island in the middle of the lake. This castle was built in the 13th century and played an important role in Polish history. Today, it is a popular tourist attraction that can be visited and hosts many cultural and entertainment events such as concerts and festivals.

Surrounding Lake RyƄskie are beautiful landscapes, including the Piska Forest and many other forests and meadows.
